Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and this site (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of these terms. If you don’t agree with any of them, please stop using the service.

1. The service

We provide:

• Top-ups that activate Plus / Pro and other membership plans on the ChatGPT account you specify
• Confirmation of activation status, usage guidance and renewal reminders
• After-sales support and help with activation issues

We are not OpenAI and cannot act for OpenAI on matters within its service (such as model performance, official usage limit changes, account reviews or complaints to OpenAI support).

2. Your obligations and compliance

You agree that:

• The ChatGPT account email you provide belongs to you, or you are authorised by the account holder
• You will follow the OpenAI usage policies and terms of service, as well as the laws of Hong Kong and wherever you are
• You will not use the service for fraud, infringement, publishing illegal content or any other unlawful purpose
• You will not abuse the service, for example by reselling it or using other people’s accounts without permission

You are solely responsible for the consequences of how you use ChatGPT. If we discover or receive a verified report of abuse, we may refuse service and block your site account.

3. Orders and payment

• The price is the HK$ amount shown on the page when you order. Each order covers one ChatGPT account for one month
• Pay by scanning a WeChat Pay or Alipay QR code. Enter the “amount to pay” shown on your order page yourself, and double-check it before paying
• After paying, send the payment screenshot to our support on WhatsApp / WeChat. Once verified, the order moves to “Paid · awaiting activation”
• We only need your ChatGPT account email and will never ask for your account password

4. Activation time

• Activation takes about 5 minutes on average after payment is verified. It may be slower at peak times, and at most within 1 hour
• Support hours are 09:00–22:00 Hong Kong time; orders outside these hours are handled first thing the next day
• Plans run monthly and drop back to the free plan when they expire. To renew, place a new order before expiry

5. Refunds

• Activation fails or isn’t possible: if we can’t activate your account for reasons on our side, you get a full refund
• Already activated: once the plan is active it is a digital service and is non-refundable
• If activation isn’t possible because the account email you gave is wrong, or the account is already restricted by OpenAI, we’ll help sort it out, and you can request a full refund before activation
• Restrictions or bans after activation caused by your own violations of OpenAI’s usage policies are not covered by after-sales support

6. Site account rules

• Sign up with a real, valid email that belongs to you
• Keep your site password safe; you are responsible for any account compromise caused by your own actions
• Do not use scripts, crawlers or other automated tools to place orders, sign up or request verification codes
• We may restrict, block or close accounts that break these rules

7. Disclaimer

• ChatGPT’s features, models, usage limits and prices are set by OpenAI and may change at any time. Descriptions on this site are for reference only; OpenAI’s current official plans prevail
• We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, such as OpenAI changing its policies or suspending or ending its service, but we will do our best to help
• We are not responsible for brief outages caused by force majeure or third-party service interruptions (such as Cloudflare or email providers)

8. Intellectual property

The page design and text on this site are our own work and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. “ChatGPT”, “OpenAI” and related trademarks belong to OpenAI and are used here only to describe the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Major changes will be clearly highlighted at the top of the page; by continuing to use the service, you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute should first be resolved amicably; if that fails, it will be submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
